When to Engage Hyve
Hyve is engaged at points of decision — typically before land acquisition, capital commitment or procurement strategy is locked in.
Our role is to provide independent, engineering-led advice that supports go / no-go decisions and reduces the risk of late-stage failure.
You Should Engage Hyve When:
You should engage Hyve when:
- A project is concept-stage or early feasibility
- Capital or land decisions are imminent
- Cost, assumptions or interfaces are unclear
- Independent advice is required for governance purposes
Do Not Engage Hyve When
Hyve is not engaged when:
- Delivery scope is already locked and committed
- Detailed design is the primary requirement
- Independent judgment is not genuinely sought

If you are approaching a major decision and would value an independent review before committing further, we welcome an initial discussion to determine whether this advisory is appropriate.
